Bernardini Tartufi is an Italian family business in Acqualagna. They offer a variety of fresh truffles and preserved truffles.

Acqualagna is a small village in Le Marche. It is truly considered the truffle capital of Italy.

Le Marche is a region in central Italy and borders the Adriatic coast. It offers an abundance of interesting food and wine. The dishes are mainly based on local produce.

Other traditional foods are olive oil, salami and different cheeses.

The sliced truffles are made from black summer truffles. The truffle slices are preserved in olive oil and ready to use. They are ideal for omelets, (fish) carpaccio, scallops, pasta and risotto.
