Bernardini Tartufi is an Italian family business in Acqualagna. They offer a variety of fresh truffles and preserved truffles.

Acqualagna is a small village in Le Marche. It is truly considered the truffle capital of Italy.

Le Marche is a region in central Italy and borders the Adriatic coast. It offers an abundance of interesting food and wine. The dishes are mainly based on local produce.

Other traditional foods are olive oil, salami and different cheeses.

The tartufata sauce is made from summer truffles, mushrooms – champignons and black olives. The sauce has an intense and full taste. It is ready to use.
