Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG is one of the oldest and most noble Italian white wines. The wine has a long history. The Vernaccia is produced in the small area of Tuscany ‘San Gimignano”.

It was the favorite white wine of Michelangelo.

Soil
The vineyards are in San Gimignano Tuscany. The soil is composed of yellow sand and clay. Vernaccia is one of the oldest grape varieties in Italy.
