I am a certified Fisar sommelier. Fisar stands for Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori Ristoratori. They offer official wine courses throughout Italy. It is an officially recognized diploma.
My favorite wine at the moment?
In red wines I really enjoy Tuscany wines. Such as Chianti and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. In whites I would choose Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Vermentino.

Maybe the best match for a wine is good company. I am of those who think that there is a wine for every moment, place and company.
I am dedicated to continue learning because the wine world is constant in change and development. My dream is to get a WSET diploma.
My three years of study and several wine experiences in Italy and abroad prepared me well for being an expert on Italian wines.
Personality and passion of the sommelier are also important. I guide my customers on the wine and on what they eat. It’s my job as well to create diversion and pleasure. I want everybody to have the best Wine and Food experience in Italy ever.
