I am a certified FISAR sommelier. FISAR stands for Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori e Ristoratori. The association offers official wine courses throughout Italy. The FISAR-diploma is officially recognized.
My favorite wine at the moment?
In red wines I really enjoy Tuscany wines, such as Chianti Classico Gran Selezione and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG. In whites I would choose Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and Campinovi Bianco Toscana IGT 2017 Dievole.

The best match for a good wine is probably good company. I am of those who think that there is a wine for every occasion.
I am determined to continue studying because the world of wine is rapidly developing and in constant change.
In addition to my FISAR diploma I have completed successfully my level 2 WSET study. The Wine Spirit & Education Trust -WSET- arranges wine courses and exams. WSET is a worldwide recognized certification.
A few years of studying and several wine experiences in Italy and abroad have prepared me well to become an expert on (Italian) wines.
Personality and passion for wine are important qualities of a professional sommelier. I would be happy to guide you through the different wines and advice you on the perfect food pairing.
As a sommelier it is also my job as well to create a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I want everybody to have the best Wine and Food experience ever in Italy!
