With Covid traveling to wineries isn’t an option; however, doing a virtual wine tasting with Sylvia is the next best thing! Everything was fantastic. My office set up a wine tasting trying two proseccos, a pinot grigio and colli di conegliano by Toffoli. The wine maker Sante was a great addition to this tasting and provided a ton of information from the area that the winery is in to the whole wine making process for their wines. This was the fourth wine tasting that I have done with Sylvia and would suggest to anyone else looking for something to do while travel is not an option to set up a virtual tasting.
